Terms & Conditions

Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Really Clean Services, located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
  • “Client” refers to any individual or entity procuring the services of the Company.
  • “Services” refers to residential and/or commercial cleaning, sanitization, disinfectant services, and hoarding cleanup provided by the Company.

Service Agreement
By availing of the Services, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Service Provision

  • The Company agrees to provide the Services as specified in the service agreement or invoice, ensuring quality and professionalism.
  • All Services will be performed in accordance with industry best practices and applicable regulations in British Columbia.
  • The Company reserves the right to decline service if conditions are deemed hazardous, unsafe, or beyond the scope of the agreed services.

Payment and Pricing

  • The Client shall pay the amount specified in the service agreement or invoice by the due date. Any late payments may be subject to a late fee.
  • The Company accepts payment as per invoice details.
  • Prices may be revised by the Company from time to time. The Company will notify the Client of any changes in pricing prior to rendering Services.
  • Deposits may be required for certain types of services and are non-refundable unless canceled within the allowed timeframe.

Access and Security

  • The Client agrees to provide access to the premises to the Company’s employees or contractors for the purpose of delivering the Services.
  • The Company will take all reasonable precautions under the Consumer Protection Act of British Columbia to ensure the safety and security of the Client’s property during service provision.
  • Clients are responsible for securing valuables before the scheduled service.

Limitation of Liability

  • Under the laws of British Columbia, the Company’s liability for any damages or loss shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the Services.
  • The Company is not responsible for any pre-existing damages or stains not caused by the Service.
  • The Company is not liable for damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed as fragile.

Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the Client’s negligence or misconduct.

Cancellation Policy

  • The Client may cancel scheduled Services with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur an administrative/cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or failure to provide access to the premises will result in a full charge.

Safety and Health

  • The Client agrees to provide a safe environment for the Company’s employees or contractors.
  • If at any time the Company determines the environment to be unsafe (due to hazards such as mold, pests, biohazards, or structural issues), it reserves the right to halt Services without refund.
  • Our team follows strict safety protocols, including the use of protective equipment when necessary.

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information obtained during the course of service provision, consistent with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia, unless disclosure is required by law.
  • Client information will not be shared with third parties except for necessary service-related communication or legal compliance.

Complaints and Disputes

  • Any complaints or disputes should be communicated to the Company in writing within 24 hours of Service completion.
  • The Company will take reasonable steps to address and resolve such issues in a timely manner.
  • If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to mediation or legal action under the jurisdiction of British Columbia courts.

Termination

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate a service agreement with immediate effect if the Client breaches any of these terms and conditions.
  • Grounds for termination include but are not limited to non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or misconduct.

Amendments

  • The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
  • The Client will be notified of any changes prior to them taking effect.
  • Continued use of the Company’s services implies acceptance of any modifications.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

Entire Agreement
This document contains the entire agreement between the Company and the Client and supersedes any prior understandings, written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
