How does pricing work?

Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my house?
We provide a quote for all services based on the information provided, this is just a quote, once we are at your service, we may determine that the job will be quicker or alternatively may require more time.
We will let you know as soon as we determine there may be a change to the quote. You will only be billed for the hours of your service.
Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?
No! We will arrive at the scheduled time.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Yes! We will bring all the cleaning supplies for your service, If you prefer that we use your personal broom and vacuum, then no problem, we can do that as well!
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Our goal is to make your life/job easier and for you to be happy! If you are not 100% satisfied with our service, we will always make it right!
Scheduling Questions
I've booked my cleaning. Now what?
Great! We will send you a text or email message with your scheduled time and a reminder 48hrs prior to your service! Now all you need is to sit back, relax and prepare for a seamless cleaning experience and a fresh space.
Can I get a same-day booking?
Yes you can (if we have a cleaner available!)! For same day bookings, it is best to call us direct or send us a text message. We will see it and get in contact asap in order to accommodate your needs.
There isn't an option for a recurring service. Is this possible?
We can absolutely set you up for recurring service, whether that is several times a week for cleaning and housekeeping services, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, we can accommodate your service request. We are here whenever you need us!
Do I have to be home for my cleaning?
No, you do not need to be home for your service. All you would have to do is provide us with access details for your home, we will make sure we enter, and exit appropriately and you can come home to a sparkling house!
Does my cleaner arrive at the exact time I book?
Yes, we book you in for a specific time, that is the time your cleaner is expected to arrive. There are times when the unexpected does happen, but those are rare occasions and you will be notified when your cleaner is delayed.
During the winter months when snow fall begins, we do ask that you allow for a 1hr time slot for the start of your booked appointment time for your cleaner to arrive , in case there are snow delays.
Is there a minimum booking time?
We have a 3hr minimum booking time.
When am I charged for the service?
You will be charged on completion of your service.
What are the typical start times?
We will accommodate the time that works best for you, to the best of our ability! If we can not make your requested time work, we will find the time that we can accommodate and that works for you!
How do I request a specific start time?
During the booking process, you will be asked what time you would like service for. Let us know there!
Can I change my schedule easily?
Sure! Please allow 48hrs prior to your service to change your service request.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
No problem Please allow 48hrs prior to your service to change or cancel your service. Cancellation that happens within the 48hr window, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
What happens if I'm not home when my cleaner shows up and I forgot to leave a key?
If you have forgotten to provide us access for a scheduled clean, you may be charged up to 50% of your service. Since we provide you a dedicated time for your cleaning, it is really important to us that you are available for your booking, as we would not be able to provide that slot to anyone else.

Can I request extra tasks to be completed?
Absolutely!
Do you provide the supplies?
Yes! We will bring all the cleaning supplies for your service, if you prefer that we use your personal broom and vacuum, then no problem, we can do that as well!

Are there things you won't clean?
- We cannot clean chandeliers,
- High, hard to reach areas
- Biohazards
- Antiques, heirlooms, specialty items, delicate items or anything precious to the client
- Bug infested homes, we would require extermination to take place prior to us complete a deep clean in these spaces
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept etransfer for services currently and will be accepting more payment options soon!
Can I pay cash?
We do not accept cash, our cleaners do not handle any payments. We allow the cleaners to focus on what they do best!
How many cleaners do you send?
Generally one cleaner will be assigned but depending on the size of the service you require, we will send the right number of cleaners to ensure your space gets Really Clean while also minimizing the amount of time we are in your home!
Can I have the same cleaner each visit?
Absolutely! it is our goal to ensure we fit the right cleaner to your service and we believe that building a relationship with your cleaner and the relationship your cleaner builds with you and your home is a significant equation in their success!
You also get the added benefit, that if you cleaner is unable to attend your service, we won’t cancel your clean, we will set you up with another cleaner who will take care of your space until your regular cleaner is back! Reliability and consistency is important to us!
Can I request a different cleaner?
Yes you can. If you would prefer to change cleaners, we can do that for you. It’s important for us to understand your needs and your goals and to provide you with a cleaner that you are comfortable with.
Do you use green products?
YES our products are eco-friendly, we also have a line of food grade cleaning products to ensure your space is safe for your pets and children, as well as the environment.
Will you clean the inside of my oven?
Yes that is part of our deep cleaning service for kitchens
Can you do laundry?
We can take care of your laundry, this is part of our housekeeping service
Misc. Questions
I'm not home - will you manage my keys?
Yes we can take your keys or code and ensure your service is completed
What areas do you service?
We currently provide service throughout the Lower Mainland in BC, Canada.
We will be expanding to new area in the future, so stay tuned!
Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes, our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied!
How do I leave a tip?
Although tips are not necessary or expected, it is always very much appreciated by your cleaners as it makes their day knowing you are enjoying your clean house! Tips can be provided directly to your cleaner or added to your service fee, via etransfer.
What happens if something is damaged in my home?
If the damage has been caused by your cleaner, we will make it right.
Do I have to fill-out a review after every cleaning?
Your review is much appreciated! We love to know that you are happy with our service!
Do you clean offices?
Yes we do!
What if I have pets?
No problem, we love pets. If your pet gets a little too excited when we arrive, we just ask that you have a space dedicated for them until we complete your clean.
Do you offer gift cards for house cleaning?
We do, what better way to say you care about someone then to get them a clean house! just pop into …. And you can order them there!
Do you have a referral program?
We appreciate when you refer us to others, and to say thank you, we will give you a credit towards your next booking!
